"Don't go out late at night," those were the words of our parents back when were kids, fast forward, I am 29 years old and my sister is 27 years old. And now we are here in the streets of Cebu City, walking towards the Provincial Capitol of Cebu.

Our wanderlust, would not allow us to just stay inside our hotel room. It is signal No. 1, but we are off for an evening walk at Pres. Osmena Boulevard.
Cebu Provincial Capitol was designed by Architect Juan Arellano in 1936, and was inaugurated last June 14, 1938 by President Manuel Quezon.
We were not allowed to get inside the Capitol Building by the guard on duty, but he let us took photographs around the lobby. I do understand him, since it was already close to midnight when we got there. And he is a nice person, he even said "Ingat" when we left.
