After more than three hours of road trip, it calls for a much needed stop to refuel our tummy. And a much needed break for Papa, our official driver for this road trip.
Prangel's Restaurant is located along the Davao-Cotabato National Highway, a few meters from Digos City Diversion Junction. It is right across the Monastery.
It is one of the newest food stops in Digos City. First thing I've noticed, the place is so clean, which is so important for any food business. Food are reasonably price and taste "lutong-bahay."
The stop is supposed to be a coffee stop for Papa, but we ended up ordering from their "turo-turo;" Arroz Caldo for Mama & Papa, Tocino, Bacon and Rice for the us (Me, Browie, Deo & Miya Bird.)
What makes it a good stop for long road trips? Their food and other goodies for pasalubong. And they have enough restrooms for a much needed toilet breaks.
