General Santos City: Tong Yang Shabu-Shabu on Holy Saturday

It's Holy Saturday and the entrepreneur in me is busy. Woke-up at 3:00 A.M. to bake 40 mini Japanese Cheesecake orders. And by 10:00 A.M., we are on our way to General Santos City with the cousins. Yes, we are off for another cousins' eat out, Deong is driving for us today.
Ate Mai is so happy that finally we have our official driver, after years of not driving in the city, I find it as a challenge or I am just so lazy to drive. After delivery, food stands next on our agenda for the day. Went to do grocery for our Easter lunch, thanks to our dear Mama Nette.
Tong Yang Shabu-Shabu is one of the few restaurants left in SM City that we have not tried yet. So we waited until 12:00 N.N. when they finally opened their doors to customers. We were so full after an hour of trying almost everything. The only thing that I keep on coming back is the Lychee and Almond on their dessert station. While the cream dory fillet is something the Deong like. Miya had it with the sweet BBQ Pork meat. And we are all very grateful for our little Browie who finished all that were left on out grill and shabu-shabu because he was afraid to be reprimanded of our leftover. Their buffet is Php 449.00 per person.
