The Catching-Up Continues at Southern Brew -Art.wine.Coffee

Few hours is not enough for friends who have not seen each other for years. One thing I noticed with out conversations its no longer about people we know, but about investing, business and travels. Things do change, but we are still the same girls who once believed that we can change the world, superheroes lang ang peg. Back in the days when we conducted workshops to out of school youths of Sarangani. Worked and volunteered  to medical and outreach program of Sarangani. Crossed rivers, climbed mountains and slept on grasses to bring the services of the government to the grassroots of our country.
After a filling Korean lunch, I suggested going to a newly opened art cafe along South Osmena Street for my much needed afternoon coffee. Southern Brew offers specialty coffee, art gallery to local artists and a wine place to unwind and relax. Exteriors is a mixed of modern and industrial  with its white bricks wall. When you get inside an artsy vibe welcomes you with artworks and paintings hanging on the wall. I had cold brew coffee. Jane and Jing have there afternoon tea. We also tried the Chocolate Moist Cake.

Great conversation continues as we plan and set dates for future trips that we hope we can do. Gone are the days of working in Sarangani but that flame in hearts to serve others continues bringing it with us where we are now planted.
